	Sergio Ramos from Sevilla, This boy is class,only 17 at the start of the game, quite cheap and develops into as good a player as heitinga and kompany,stops a year or so before them but is still absolute class, heitinga kompany and ramos is the best defence in the game IMO!

	Simply playing your young players will get them to develop along their development curve. Trainging at the end of the season, along with friendlies will also give them valuable increases in stats. Normal 'regulate condition' has no direct affect on a players development.
