Dude, if the post is offensive, then you can report it. I didn't see the post that flamed you, but all the posts will be restored and the person that reported them will be punished. I don't remember what you said about all of the units, but you did make some good points. There are a lot of good units in FE9, and all can be used with multiple playthroughs. Rolf deserves to played with on some file. Plus, you could train Sothe up so he is good in the next game...

Listen! This rarely happens. It's because you and your band of friends induced this! This is a once-off situation. You got Sven angry at you, and I don't know who did, but you went and reported each others posts. Look, normally people don't go this far.

Now the end result is not who is better out of Sothe and Rolf, we have come into argument. This is not what I wanted at all.

Look, here's something to consider:
1) You never need Sothe because Volke answers all your needs

2) Rolf's stats beat Sothe's

3) Sothe not being about to promote = phail

4) Rolf is easier to train up. Bows are stronger than knives, and Rolf can attack from a range. He gets a very high offence stat (23 str at 20/20), and can easily kill people with his high speed (like 26 or something at 20/20)

5) Sothe can be OHKO'd by long range magic

6) Sothe can't fight other people because knives do hardly any damage and are weak, plus they can counter-attack.

I'm sorry, but the points you are raising are not applicable. You claim that Rolf's offence is 'phail' but it is CLEARLY higher than Sothe's. I laugh at this point.

Actually, Rolf beats a lot of people. That is beside the point though. Listen to what I am about to say to you.

1) Rolf's stats easily beat Sothe's

2) You can't dissmiss number 1 because Sothe is a thief. Thiefs will fall into combat as well, and when Sothe does, he'll die.

3) Sothe is never needed because you have Volke. I don't need to repeat myself for the fourth time. Already, three times, I have had to show you who wins out of Volke and Sothe. Just go back a page and you'll my reason. You just can't deny it. Volke just beats Sothe no matter what you say. The only thing you can do is bring supports into this, and as I have already said, along with so many other members, support is piss-weak to be backing up your units. Your units will rarely be within three spaces of eachother. It can happen, but it's just a burden if you focus on it to happen all the time. You'll surely slow down your progress.

All this means that Rolf can beat Sothe, simply because Rolf is useable, and Sothe is pointless to use. Rolf is an excellent unit after promotion, and Sothe? Oh yeah, that's right. HE CAN'T EVEN PROMOTE. ROFL!

Lol, how funny! SOTHE JOINS MUCH LATER AND STILL AT LEVEL ONE. Also, his class, being an archer, means he can snag kills more easily because he can attack from a range.
