Ok, I made this thread so that we can each make a huge story all together, and it would be cool to put everything together, and read it sometime in the future =).

Lets start.

Please, only let me make the chapters, so it will look really nice =). Also, try not to include dialogue, since most people don't properly know how to do it.

Far, far away, Mario was drifting asleep, thinking in his dream, the love of his life, none the less, Princess Peach. The story in his head, told many tales. Mario was on a vast journey through the deep dark seas. As he looked out the window, he noticed, he was beginning to draw closer to RoguePort. RougePort was a rough side of the island. Many thugs, and scandles lived there. Mario knew, wherever the princess was, he'd have to start here first. Time flew by, and Mario noticed he was almost at the RoguePort Dock. Mario quickly packed his things, and headed out to the side of the ship. He said his farewells to the captain, and quickly got off the boat. He knew he smelt trouble brewing, as he saw a few thugs beating up a poor little Goomba. Mario quickly raced to help the poor goomba out, as the goomba quickly ran behind mario. Mario was startled, and the thugs, with, "X's," on their uniforms glared violently at mario. Mario was sweating, he didn't know what to do! He quickly jumped on the squadron of enemies, and quickly fled away when they were distracted. When they got to the center of RoguePort, the nice Goomba gave her name away, Goombella, it was. She was extremely grateful for all of the help she had gotten from Mario. She felt safe now, but she said that the those X-nauts wanted to capture her, since she knew something about the Thousand Year Door. oombella told Mario for more information they would have to see her old professor from the Uneversity of Goom. Just as she finished an old friend comes and sees them. Toadsworth mentions about the princess's kidnapping and then informs them about the local inn. Goombella and Mario start to wander around Rogueport then eventually head east. the open a door to a house. Inside was a goomba reading an appearently interesting book. As he sees Goombella he remembers her and asks how he could help. Goombella explains about the map and Professer Frankly is shocked. He studies over the map then starts to explain to them about what he has confirmed from books about the map and the Thousand-Year Door. Proffessior frankly also remembers that the thousand year door lies underneath rogue port. He unlocks the gate and they head down the dark sewers. As they are heading in their direction 3 bad goombas start hitting on Goombella but soon after you know it they get rough and start a fight. Fortanatly for mario and his team they won the battle and the 3 goombas ran off. They all went deeper in the sewers and found a pannel they coulden't activate. They see a room north east of the pannel and enter the door and talk to someone stuck in a chest. They must seek a dark looking key. Goombella remembers seeing one under the pannel so they go and get the key and head back up to the chest. They chest was a trick, a dark purple darkness surrounded mario and cursed him. Fortanatly for him this "curse" would come in handy. They found out the curse let them activate the pannel. They flew off and headed for the next room. There lied the thousand year door. They stood on the circle stone in front of the door and there the map flew above mario's head and appeared out of no where a new location appeared on the map showing a crystal star. The crystal star was in a castle. They headed back to Frankley's room and there Frankly gave Mario a badge. it made his hammer more stronger. They headed back down the sewers but headed for a different direction. they found 2 tentacles comming out of the water, Mario hammered one and a big squid came out. Goombella quickly tattled it and found out it's stats. From the help from Goombella, Mario defeated it. They headed down a tube and there they went on a nice looking meadow...

Mario Poped out of the green pipe, and began to walk north. As he was walking, he noticed a great ominous shadow appear over him. He glared upward, and saw a scary, large red dragon. He was startled. The dragon had not noticed Mario. Mario was quite relieved. Mario quickly progressed forward, until he found some stones. Mario loved the stones he had found, but huge, giant spikey enemies fell from off the platforms. Mario was shocked, but almost all attacks did no damage against these beasts. Mario felt that these ultra-defensive enemies could not be taken down so easily. Mario quickly ran near the pipe. As he put the stone in, he read carefully, and followed the instructions on the pillar. After hitting a few, [?], another large green pipe appeared. Mario leaped into the green pipe, and ended up far, far away. He noticed a castle that the dragon he saw flew into. He was quite scared to go in, but when he was in petalsburg he remembered, he had to help Koopa, and find his father. As mario proceeded into the castle, he heard terrible sounds from everywhere. Then once Mario had looked around,he saw a trampoline.He wondered why it was there so he bounced on it.He flew up to the sky and landed on a platform.Then Mario exited the building and saw a plane platform.He used his plane ability and flew to the other side.Once he went into the castle he dodged through the koopas that were trying to attack him.Once he got to the next room he saw a koopa holding a letter.Koops thought it was his dad's bones so he read the letter.It told of a sound that could make Hooktail weaker.Then it said that he gave his best wishes to Kolorado.So it wasn't Koops father.But then where was he? Koops,Mario,and Goombella thought over the letter Kolorado's dad wrote as the progressed throughout the castle. As they traveled they soon found themselves in a room with another black chest. They answered the chest's plea for a black key as they headed through the next door. when they got the key spikes appeared on the ceiling and on certain parts of the floor. They slightly panicked when they saw the ceiling coming down on them. they sprinted for the exit with plenty of time to spare. As they went through the door they wondered if that would've ended their game right there ,but nonetheless they opened the chest. The demon shoots out of the chest like a bullet and insults the group for being such fools. He reminds them Hooktail's Castle was designed so no body could return with their game intact after they entered. He starts to explain about the so-called "curse". He told Mario and co. this curse would let turn sideways allowing him and his partners to go through narrow spaces. The demon went back into his chest as Goombella mutters something about the demons actually helping them instead of cursing them. With a new "curse" in hand Mario and friends knew they would not let the castle's dangers end their game. Mario continued to proceed through the castle. He felt he was walking in circles. Mario wasn't confident about his new ability, but he tried it out. Mario quickly turned sideways, and walked inbetween a metal jail cell to recieve a badge. Mario was quite pleased. He thought this new curse would be bad, bud instead, it would help him against his extremely long journey. Mario quickly exitted the jail cell, and came to a room with many treasure chests. Inside, he saw a young female mouse eying many of the rare, and precious items that lay in the chests. Ms. Mouz was shocked, but also fatuated. She was in a rush for time, so Ms. Mous said her goodbyes, and a kiss on the cheek, and suddenly fled faster than any robber Mario had even seen. Mario scrambled through the chests, and found some badges, and shrooms. Mario was rather satisfied. Mario exitted the room, and he knew, he was ready to take on almost any challenge that lay before him. He quickly went up elevator blcoks, and ended up on a thin, and narrow ceiling binder. He was strugling to get across without falling. He used his newest technique to get through the bars, and obtain a valuable key. The key was used to unlock a door that they had passed by earlier.When they got through they took an elevator to a higher place where they used the plane ability to get to a ledge that a door.When they got through they were on a bridge leading to a tower.They wondered what they would find in the castle so they dodged Koopas and went up the twisting stairs to get to the tower.When they reached the tower inside they found Hooktail. Hooktail was a mix of shocked and enraged when he saw the trio walk through his door. He makes a remark about what kind of food they would make then attacks. Everyone fights bravely as Hooktail's strength wittles down bit by bit. Finally, Hooktail started to quit but then his eyes gleamed like they had just cooked up a plan. Hooktail starts to bargain with them. Mario and the others had to resist Hooktail's strong temptations. Then, Hooktail, seeing as the group wouldn't budge made his last stand. Hoooktail became stronger by the minute but that didn't stop the trio. It seemed like forever until Koop's finally dealt the blow that ended Hooktail's game. With Hooktail out of the picture the group had one question. Where was the Crystal Star? Something shot out of Hooktail's throat. It was Koop's dad! They cherished the reunion the told him about the Crystal Star. Koop's dad pulled a shining star out of his shell and gladly handed it over to Mario.

Mario returned to Petalsburg, where he let Koopa, and his father get to bond for a little while. After a few hours, Mario, Koopa, and Goombella would have to leave, to their next crystal star. They all said their farewells, and set out to venture back underground. When the trio came to RoguePort, they quickly, and simply slipped down the pipe, into the underground. There, they find their path deep underneath in a hidden room. The giant room was dark, and muggy. Mario proceeded to the platform, and stedily held the crystal up. The crystal shined with the most amazing glare they had ever seen. The crystal sparkled of shimmering jewels, and a beautiful glare. The platform made creeky sounds, as one of the star images on the platform began to glow bright white, and glimmer with radiant sparkles. The map mario had been carrying had suddenly changed, and the next crystal was clear on the map. Mario, and the gang had to venture out to the Great Tree, insearch of the next crystal star. Mario let the professor in RoguePort study the map more, before he clarified it was actually RoguePort. Mario found an underground pipe, and it quickly led him to a blossoming forest, with wintery ice colour leaves. The air was brisk. They were walking down until they found 3 ghosts argueing. They argued over a picture that was lost. Mario just passed by them and continued on. He soon found a big tree but they had to find a secret entrance, a little puni said the secret entrance was really hard to find since it was secret. they passed the tree and soon found a house. The house had a person in it that woulden't show her face until she had a necklace she wanted. They remember the ghosts having a necklace so they went back there. The ghosts found the picture and started argueing again until mario shortly arrived. They all fought and fortanatly for mario he won. They got the necklace and went back to the ouse. This big over grown fat ghost came out of the door and started making out with mario. Mario fell in horror. They dragged him back to hte three and the ghost named flurrie blew away a paper that was covering the secret entrance. it wasn't really secret since it just had a huge sign saying "secret entrance" but they continued. They entered the tree. The tree was humid, and muggy. As they entered, they saw many young puni's everywhere, like they saw underground earlier. The puni's were quite frightened that Mario was there. They had never seen anyone that big before. They thought Mario would eat them! After a long discussion between if Mario was actually going to eat them, the Puni's decided to let mario help them, and in return, Mario would help them. They ventured in the tree, and noticed a dead end. How would they get to the other side? There was a small bubbly pond beneath them. Mario was thristy, do he jumped across to get water, and he thought he could make it, but he couldn't. He landed face flat into the pond, when a bubbly formed around him, and lifted him into the air. The bubble poped and he fell back down into the water with his mouth open, all the water went in his mouth and he was burping bubbles for a while after that. All the puni's hated being around him since if they were infront of him and he burped, they would go into a bubble and go high in the air and then pop down. they went up the tree and found 2 cages of puni's there, one with a old hag puni and one with a enormouse amount. they talked to thewm and they explained everything that happened. He entered the next door and saw 2 X-nauts gambling. mario secretly passed them and got a key. the 2 x-nauts caught him and were total luigi fans. they wanted his autograph and were fighting for it. soon a puni broke the happyness and said he was mario not luigi. the 2 x-nauts were mad and got in a fight against mario. they lost sadly and found a picture of luigi in his overalls, they kept it and stayed in the room glaming at it. they forgot about everything and just daydreamed on about being there with luigi. Once they had gotten both keys, they headed up, and high in the tree to see the punis trapped in cages. THe first opened the elder puni's cage, and the puni was delighted to see that somebody cared about them, and took the time to rescue him. The tini puni ran to the other cage, and quickly unlocked the cage door. A huge mob of puni's came out, over 90! They all were happy, and the Tini Puni's sister came out with a dried shroom. She had been saving it for him, since he'd get hungry on his long trip to rescue them all! The tini puni was happy, and reluctantly ate and digested it. When they came to the main floor, all of the puni's united! Together, they passed the extremely bubbly pool, making sure not to forget or miss a puni behind. If they did, then they'd have to go back and rescue it! Mario used a stone, and it began to count the puni's! There was an exact number, as they continued to a steep part of tree. There were large spiders hanging low, and when they propelled downward, the puni's had a fright, and most of them fell off. Mario attacks and beat the two spiders, and gathered up all of the puni's. It was time for a fight with the other teams. They went into a room, and the buzzer went off. There were ten of a different species all gathered together. The puni's definately out-numbered them all, and defeated them with ease! It was time for the room with 100. When they crossed the steep tree to the other room, the siren went off again. 100 Puni' quickly went into position, since they had a very difficult battle to tackle on. THey fought, fought, and fought, until they could not fight anymore, since they had fainted. Mario quickly gathered the Puni's and exitted. He went down the tree, and found a secret shop. A mysterious little creature was hiding, and he was scared of mario and the other puni's. After a long discussion, the young creature decided to join the puni's, and together, they would try to tackle the huge army again. Mario stocked up on a few shrooms, and honeys before he left the shop. He climbed back up the tree for another shot at battle the large army with the 100 Puni's, and the one other creature. The one little jable had amazing powers, it totally helped the team of 100 and they obliterated the 100 Jabbie tribe. They found a Elevator there, it needed all the 100 Punis, They went down and found another elevator needing 101, they used the jabbie for that 1 though it was the elders spot. They continued down and saw the green crystal star as it glittered its light everywhere. Mario was happy, as he was walking someone ran from behind, grabbed his and and started a fight, it was 2 X-nauts, as mario defeated them lord crump took the Emerald star. He ran off setting a bomb on to destroy the tree. They chased after him as fast as they could but there were tons of X-nauts in there way, after all the exaustion of following him he went in this huge robot suit. Out of nowhere Luigi entered! Making a unforgetable entrance that made everyone eyes glitter. He said to mario that he would take care if this, because Lord crump took a compass piece he needs! He summoned Brobot as it was machine against machine. Brobot took down Lord crump easily. Luigi came down and was amazed by the green star he dropped, totally forgetting about mario he took the green star and looked at mario and said "don't we look alike?" he took his compass piece and flew off. Mario was mad, luigi flew away and he coulden't talk so luigi didn't know he needed the star, but he just hoped he would take good care of the star and he thought that he should get it from him last. Even though Mario was going to try to get the Crystal Star Luigi stole last,they bumbed into each other when Mario exited the tree.Luigi was ticked off so he declared a challenge against Mario.The winner got the star.Mario took out Goombella first and Luigi took out Brobot and the fight began.Goombella finished off Brobot but was overtaken by Luigi's next partner.Mario then took out Flurrie.Flurrie helped Mario take out Luigi's 2nd partner but she had only 1 hp.Luigi then brought out his last partner which toke out Flurrie easily.When Koops came out he took out Luigi's last partner by sacrificing himself.So it was Mario vs. Luigi now.Mario hammered but Luigi hit back with his jump.It looked like Luigi would win when the punies came out.The punies attacked Luigi and Luigi was overtaken.When the punies stopped attacking Luigi the crystal star was lying on the ground next to him.Mario had beaten his brother and gained the 2nd crystal star. Darkness covered luigi up, he came back up as mario was walking and said "Not so fast!"

They were all amazed on what happened to luigi's looks. He said "you think me and my brobot are that easy eh? well take a look at this!!" Him and his brobot went in a abttle with mario. After a couple turns mario finally figured out he was undefeatable at his current state. Mario and his partners coulden't even do 1 damage! "Hahahahaha, Mario, I had enough fun, time to finish this!" Luigi said. Him and his brobot sent tons of missiles and took out mario, and the punis. Luigi was lucky and found 2 stars, one green and the other diamond. "Ugh! what a ugly star! Only the green shall be here, not some ugly unappealing colour! I shall paint it black and keep both of them!" Luigi went and ran off with both of them, he tried painting the diamond one black but it didn't turn out great. it turned more ugly. "Pfft, this stupid ugly star is useless, I willl just let this mario loser keep it." Luigi flew off on his brobot and went away.


Mario woke up and found himself sleeping on the door of the tree and found one realy ugly black sdtar, he scrubbed off the paint and was angry, he lost his emerald star, and worst yet, to the brother that could never beat him on anything. He coulden't let anyone from mushroom kingdom know this so he kept it secret. They headed back to the thousand year door, they brought there map up and they saw the green star, it was moving around the map extremely fast, no chance they could catch up. But there was another star, it was garnet, it was in a arena. So they headed to the arena.

They needed to take the blimp to get there so they talked with the guy that owned the blimp.He said he would let them have a ticket if they could find his daughter.Mario searched everywhere.When he got to the harbor he noticed a girl the same species as the guy that owned the blimp.When he talked to her she told him not to tell her dad where she was because if he did he would make her split up with her boyfriend.Mario didn't know what to do so he went back to the guy that owned the blimp.Mario didn't know what to tell him so he didn't say anything.Just then the daughter appeared with her boyfriend.She told her dad that sahe just wanted to live her own life but her dad didn't like it and told them to get out of his sight.After she left Mario asked for the blimp ticket.He gave it to him.

They went on the trip, On the ride there they saw a bunch of these "Rawk Hawk" Fans, they seemed like total losers on how they acted, but mario ignored them. When he appeared there he saw a lot of these Rawk Hawk loseres, He then thought that is how people act around here. he went in the arena and watched the first show, He saw Rawk Hawk, Mario thought he was awesome, the first thing came to his mind was "I WANT HIM AS A PARTNER!!!!" but in mario Language "da beet dabarodee dootoo!!!!" He signed uyp quickly after the match ended, he needed the belt since it held the garnet star. He joined and wentto this messed up garbage locker room. Soon a gold Koopa named KP Koopa introduced him to the locker room. He went to his first match and defeated the 5 goomba's with no trouble. He was making his way to the top.

Slowly and steadily Mario got closer to rank 10 where he could go to the Major League locker room.When he was at rank 14 one of the minor league contestants told Mario that he should check out the hot dog stand.Mario decided to go check it out.When he got outside he saw the pig that owned the hot dog stand chasing an egg.Eventually the egg bounced on top of the hot dog stand and if you listened closely you could hear snoring coming from it.Mario decided to get the egg so he found a plane pannel and flew on top of the hot dog stand.Mario decided to keep the egg.

Once Mario got the egg he went back to the arena and fought until he got to rank 11. He entered the fight with the rank number 10 fighters. When he got to the arena he was fighting the Armored Harriers. When Goombella tattled on them she told Mario that the only way to hurt them was to hit them with their own spikes. Mario didn't know how to do it so he ran away. When he got back to the locker room he found that the egg had hatched. It was a Yoshi.

Mario buys the cricket fx and heads back to were he was at. he continues, and gets past all the dry bones. He finnaly gets up and finds Hooktail. He does battle with him. Hook tail is afraid of crickets, so the sound weakend him. Mario beat him, and then, Hooktail spit out koops's dad, along with the 1st star. *End of chapter 1.*

This is almost like a walkthrough of the game told in story format. Why not give it some twists and turns in the plot to make it a little more interesting? What about something similar to what the Never Ending Story once was? But continue if you guys find this fun.

With Hooktail out of the picture the group had one question. Where was the Crystal Star? Something shot out of Hooktail's throat. It was Koop's dad! They cherished the reunion the told him about the Crystal Star. Koop's dad pulled a shining star out of his shell and gladly handed it over to Mario.

Chapter 2

Mario returned to Petalsburg, where he let Koopa, and his father get to bond for a little while. After a few hours, Mario, Koopa, and Goombella would have to leave, to their next crystal star. They all said their farewells, and set out to venture back underground. When the trio came to RoguePort, they quickly, and simply slipped down the pipe, into the underground. There, they find their path deep underneath in a hidden room. The giant room was dark, and muggy. Mario proceeded to the platform, and stedily held the crystal up. The crystal shined with the most amazing glare they had ever seen. The crystal sparkled of shimmering jewels, and a beautiful glare. The platform made creeky sounds, as one of the star images on the platform began to glow bright white, and glimmer with radiant sparkles. The map mario had been carrying had suddenly changed, and the next crystal was clear on the map. Mario, and the gang had to venture out to the Great Tree, insearch of the next crystal star. Mario let the professor in RoguePort study the map more, before he clarified it was actually RoguePort. Mario found an underground pipe, and it quickly led him to a blossoming forest, with wintery ice colour leaves. The air was brisk.
