Little in the way of substantial information has been revealed since Dark Sector was first mentioned a couple of years ago. However, Digital Extremes have very recently given gamers an extremely cool teaser trailer (as far as coolness in teasers go) to give gamers a feel for the amazing Sector Engine. The teaser shows in-game footage from the aforementioned Sector Engine, designed for the game. It's very impressive and is worth the download. Check the official website for download locations.

Rumour also has it that Dark Sector will appear on the future-generation systems from Sony and Microsoft. You can find news on that from IGN [here].

Exciting indeed

Just watched the trailer, obviously doesn't show much. But for in-game footage that is mighty impressive, can't wait for more info to come out about this title.

I also downloaded the trailer from IGN a few days back. Similar to the both of you, I thought this game looked pretty neat. Its the first game I've heard about expanding into next generation consoles. That alone for hype is pretty good. Looking for more video footage soon. Hopefully there may be a little something at E3.
