I left the game on while I was on the computer and when I looked at the screen, there was a character I've never seen before fighting Ashrah. He had a gray/silver costume, with things sticking out of his back, and had the Hapkido fighting stance. I didn't get a very good look because it went to the loading a few seconds later.

I haven't unlocked everything in the game yet, but I do have all of the characters, and I can't find anyone else with the Hapkido fighting stance.

Can anyone tell me anything about this?

the only thing i know about that character is that his name is monster and you end up fighting him in the nexus
