you may also have to go into sports interactive before it

Have you even looked in the fm data editor guidelines file?

Swapping players:

Click on 'Person' and enter the players name.

Click on 'Contract' and click on the green arrow.

Enter the name of the new club you want the player to be contracted to, and press enter.

That's it, the player is now part of the club you just entered.

so are you saying that you can actully make your own fm05 practically?

IS there any way of editing the game without using the Official Editor? I know it sounds daft but my comp cant handle it

there is a mind compression save game editor (MFM i think for short) in the FM downloads thread that can be found in the thread index, however it doesnt have all the features the "FM data editor" has you can still change a few attributes without having to start a new game every time you change something.

You can find the MCM, realtime editor here. It is good, you use it while playing FM, you can edit attributes and things but you cannot move players.

There do not appear to be any unofficial pre-game editors on that website.

The other option would be to be able to open one nation's leagues only. Would make it much easier to edit. Because who in the right mind make's a team in random leagues in japan lol.

Whatever you edit will only come in to effect in the games you start after editing it.

OK, I have a problem, downloaded that update for PC & now the game won't work when I select the leagues I want & click on start game.

Has this happened to anyone before?
