First, go to Blizzard (The Bear) at K3.
He will tell you he can't go to Blue on his birthday. He asks you to deliver Blizzards gift to Blue. When you have the gift, go to Blue's Beach Hut at Cotton Top Cove, and give him the gift. There is a bowling ball inside it, and Blue says its too heavy for him so you can have it. With that bowling ball you go to Bazzooka at Mekanos. Give it to him and lock and load!  | |
