Just curious. Which level do you think is the hardest in any of the games?
In DK1, i always thought the first blizzard level was the hardest because of the barrels and avoiding the bees. It took so long for me to finish that level without taking the shortcut! Also the last level in the final land before you battle Necky again is very difficult because you have to keep moving.

There was a level in this game I think where the lights go off and on, that was quite a difficult level to complete, also one of the snow stages.

The one with the ice ropes was VERY hard and I almost busted my controller.

I found the platform level towards the end of the game to be the toughest.

I think that Bungle in the Jungle is the HArdest, becuase it has Soo many Enimies!

the hardest level was definately not the last one. king rool was *bleep*ing easy.

I think one of the blizzard ones was the hardest. I know there are a few blizzard levels but on one of them you have to shoot to barrles and dodge bees and stuff. I think thats the hardest.

I found that the poisonus lake was one of the hardest ones for me to get through

When I first got the game (when I was much younger, and it was my first video game), I strangely had trouble with a lot of the levels for some reason, but now I can beat the game really easily. I still can't do the snow Barrel Blast level without using the shortcut though... one time I was really close and only had one more barrel to go!

When I first got to Blackout Basement, I thought that it could have been really easy and I could have got thru it in one life if the lights didn't keep going off! Necky's Revenge wasn't hard for me; I only beat it in 2 tries when I first got the game.

PS - What level is Bungle in the Jungle? (One person made a reference to that in their post.)

I forgot what the level was called, but it was that poisoned lake level - very difficult...

After playing this game again I changed my mind. The hardest for me was the one where you have to hop around on those panels with arrows on them, and they shake and drop after a while. It took me a fair amount of tries to get by the last part of the level.

I hate playing through the factory levels toward the end of the game.

All the levels get pretty easy as I grow older. When I was young and first played the game, I always thought that Elevator Antics was the hardest because I always screwed up at the last elevators at the end of the level.

I think "Platform Perils" is the hardest level in the game. It's the level just before the second to last boss "Necky's Revenge".
