	Log in to remove this sponsored message Back at SH2, in Neely's Bar, it says, "There was a HOLE here. It's gone now." Now, i've been playing the SH collection and i began to wonder if the writing in Neely's Bar is referring to a hole similar to the holes in SH4. Back when SH2 was new 'n all, i used to think it means the holes James jumps in, during the game, but now i'm not sure. Hell, i might be way off with this, but then, anything is possible in Silent Hill... Damnit... It's just a gut feeling, but i think there's a connection. ...Great... I just gave myself a headache...

	That's a possibility. Someone suggested the same thing on answers.com: Silent Hill 2 appears to contain several foreshadowings of Silent Hill 4: at one point, James enters a bar with a cryptic message scrawled on the wall: "there was a HOLE here. it's gone now." This could be a reference to the kinds of spontaneously appearing and vanishing "holes" Henry uses to travel between realms in Silent Hill 4. Also, James finds a newspaper story about a killer named Walter Sullivan, who ultimately was used as the central antagonist of Silent Hill 4. I still remember how freaked out I got the first time I went into Neely's with all the stuff written on the walls, particularly the 'other' message. ------------------- "You're the same as me ... 	also, james sunderland's father is in SH4, frank sunderland. it meantions somewhere in SH4 that frank lost his son in silent hill a few years ago. there's definitely a small connection.
