Yesterday i have successfully completed the game twice whit 10 Big Stars (the second round in "one weapon mode") and also acquired each ending.

The thing is: i decided to just *Ree--eelaa--x* and take it easy while playing the game with lots of nutrition drinks and pistol bullets...but here´s something wrong, its about the four endings thing.

I thought, after get all four endings (21 Sacraments-Mother-Eileen´s Death-Escape in that order) Cynthia wold have a new costume.But she´s wearing the same clothes.

What´s wrong?

...Curious. Oh, but the problem can be that you haven't acquired Eileen's costume. You must have Eileen's special costume if you want Cynthia's costume available. Then, you must select her costume as a new game setting, I think you press right or left, I don't remember which, but the clothes available for the girls should appear in a way similar to the costume select screen on Project Zero III. I.e You see the character's name and you select the outfit you want them to use.

Hmmm...where´s that costume? is it Reachel´s?

Noe, it's not Rachael/Rachel's costume, you get the costume on Eileen's room on a second playthrough, but only during the Outside of Room 302 area.

Who's Rachel?
I'm not remembering anyone by that name in SH4.

Anyway, I had an issue with Eileen's nurse costume.
My second time through, I went into her room, and grabbed the costume like I was supposed to.
Problem is, she wasn't wearing the costume at any time after that, and I never saw a costume prompt at the beginning of my next game.
What's the deal?

Ok, three things to highlight:

1. You must beat the game with the dress in your inventory, not in your box. When you do that, you must get one of the two endings where Eileen is kept alive so you can get the costume.

2. Rachel, or Rachael, is the nurse that lived on the first floor of the apartments, the girl that was harassed by Mike (the one from the "Skinned Mike" tape). She is a reference to the nurse Rachael from Silent Hill 2. Her name can also be compared to the entity you had to defeat in Silent Hill, but it's most likely to represent its opposition (Metraton), as she saves lives (She's a nurse).

3. sorry for not posting the detail, it's been ages since I last played Silent Hill 4 or two. Now I'm trying the Fatal Frame games. But I can tell you that I think that Rachael was the nurse who took care of Mary and Laura whilst they were on the hospital.
