What it is-a special powerup that grants you infinite flight power until you finish the stage it's used in or you get hit and lose the power, whichever happens first. It makes your running meter full for the whole level. This is good for getting past hard levels because you can fly as much as you want. But it will only work for 1 level. When you enter a new level, you'll just be plain Raccoon Mario without the P Wing effect. -------------------  Credit to Gothic Girl for the Brawl Card!
