Do a better job this time.

I'm all for green, or off green. In the forum, not my face.

Kinda seems like a fun sucker to me.

I was just thinking about the terms of the forum dying down:

We ran out of stuff to talk about, then again we haven't for years. The off topic GD helped.

Which leads into the GD frequently going on topic. This wouldn't be a problem, if not had it been for the fact that it's all stuff we've talked over time and time again. Boring the regulars and dropping the forum population.

Then we dropped the forum html, we were promised a new layout several times but this layout never came. When questioned, we were either told that it was getting done, something about our faces, or do it ourselves. Contradictory as it was, people stopped caring. At the same time, without a recognizable layout, it just became another forum.

After the regulars slowed coming, the mods were promoted to other places, and since nothing was happening here anyway, there was no reason to pay attention to it at all.

Which without the mods attempting to do anything in the first place, made the forum even more boring. Leading to more on topic GD, or barely readable gray verbal mush conversation.

A notice would just beat the dead horse, it's not that the posts are bad, they're just infrequent and boring.

Oh sorry, I should have put a dotted line or something. The first part of my post had nothing to do with the second. I was just wondering since last I noticed the guest posting thing was turned off.

But when the GD opens up again, I'm making a new 'GD Rules' template for more recent stuff. Something to look foreword too. I know I will. :emoticon:
