Zora's Hiding
Lets say your a Zora. You live under the Zora's fountain. You eat fish and breath, underwater. One day the world floods,
"Golly, this sure is inconvenient to us FISH people." So you and all of the Zora build an underwater city. Not hard because you breathe water. So you have all you need to live, eat sleep and flourish. Why would you ever need to come to the surface for anything?

I will admit, the 'Let's become a creature less-suited to this world' is some of the worst logic I have ever seen, but the game seems to say it is true. You have to find the descendants of of a Kokiri and Zora sage. The descendant of the Kokiri boy is Makar, who is an evolved Kokiri. It makes sense, then, that because Medli is a Rito, and the descendant of a Zora, Zora's=Rito's.

Volvegia and Valoo, no name similarity there
Let's say you're Volvegia, and you have a son. Dragons can breed can't they? So now there is a younger dragon, also red with horns. Who stays hidden deep in Death Mountain long past the flood. End of story.

Name similarity means nothing. The Tingle of WW is not the MM Tingle, and is most certainly not the Four Swords Tingle, but he looks, sounds and is named exactly the same. Secondly, Volvagia couldn't have a son. Why? First of all, breeding requires 2 dragons. Volvagia was the only one. Even if he gets around this barrier (by being A-Sexual), Link kills him. He was locked in the Boss room the whole time. Where was baby Valoo?

The Kakariko Villagers are Rito? Now that's crazy
Let's say you're a villager in Kakariko village. One day you notice that the world is flooding. It's a good thing that your on elevated ground and have longer to plan an escape than anyone else. So you and all of the villagers head to higher ground, lets say Death Mountain, the closest and highest place in the kingdom. So now your cold and living in a cave on top of a mountain when you discover that a young dragon lives there. He provides you with warmth and these miraculous scales that let you fly. I thing that merit for being worshiped as a god. So, after the flood has finished any your flying around, and your children fly around, and there children, and there children, and there children, and there children, and there children, and there children, and there children, and there children, and even there children fly around things start to change. Evolution 101

This is the bit I most disagree with with. Even if Volvagia did, somehow, have a son named Valoo, why would this new dragon give people invading his territory warmth? Considering Volvagia was hell bent on destroying Link, I think Valoo would be rather pissed at hordes of people entering his caverns. I think he'd attack them, rather than help them. And since when did Volvagia's scales give the power of flight? And finally, Volvagia has the appearance of a Chinese-Dragon. Long body, arms and legs separated on either end of his body. Valoo is totally different. His neck his long, but his body is short and fat. His arms and legs and close to each other. He has some similarities (like being red), but he's just to different.

As opposed to the alternative,
"W3 R TEH ZORAZ LOL SO WE NED TO LIVE IN THHE SKY INSTEAD OF THE WATERZ LOLZ!!1"
