Boss plus level DK-5+ (Bob-ombs and conveyors) - help

What the heck? I had enough trouble with this in the regular 5 boss level, only got out of it by luck. Seems to be no way to safely pick up the Bob-ombs before they reach the bottom, then you have only just enough time to pick 'em up, jump up the belts undisturned, and toss.

But get this. Of course you are hindered. Another Bob-omb comes down, almost no way to avoid it, you are knocked down. Or the belts switch. Or you get stuck on teh long conveyor near the bottom.

And of course, in the PLUS version, the floor goes away, and you have no chance.

Anyone have strategy to offer? I just can't beat this one!!!!

You probably found the "problem" that Mini-Mario keeps jumping to the sprnig (and thus up top), raher than falling to the bottom row, right? The trick is, as soon as you hit the red button, you have to jump onto the ropes, and slide down below the level that Mini-Mario is on. That will cause him to jump down instead of up.

Some side issues you will run into:
1) When sliding down the rope, make sure to center yourself on a single rope, so you can slide down quickly.
2) Don't slide too far or you fall off the rope and die. I kept looking at Mini-Mario and not paying attention and falling off.
3) If you want to get all the presents: First, lead MM back right, WITHOUT activating blue, so he can get into the area with the three red blocks and the yellow present. Then, double-blackflip up, activate red. MM gets yellow present, bounces up (if you head toward red switch). Now, activate BLUE switch, so that when you lead MM back down one platform, he'll be delayed in coming back to you. Activate RED and slide down rope right away (MM jumps to bottom), grab blue present, up ropes, activate BLUE, run left so MM grabs red present, then make your way back right and all the way down (DON'T activate red or you might trap MM in red present's area).
