Alright, so, I'm digging how you faded the stock in, yet you can still see it quite well. I'm not such a fan of all the negative space on the left side. Hmm, the text could be a bit different too.

Just a little something. I have to give credit to BlackLabel for the motivation.
Basically what I did is I merged two arial Bs together. Looked much better than I anticipated but some flaws came underway. One of them you've probably noticed was the gray between the B and the R. Tried and tried but I can't seem to get it away smoothly.

Comments and constructive criticism is welcome.

He shall be missed. Personally I would have gone with a more gothic font style but whatever. The logo (?) looks alright. Does it mean anything in particular? Also, the Iron Man sig isn't bad either. He's too washed out in the background, the text could be better off horizontally and the heavy light source on the right with the sudden negative space on the left don't work so well imo. Also, the banner overall looks too blurry. Bring out some interesting textures, and lower the contrast between the left and right side.

Answer, I didn't have any particular meaning in the logo. It's just something that came up and personally, I think it looks splendid.

And obviously, that means it's a nice banner. But nonetheless, I'd like to see you make your own style and then we can properly judge you on creativity and imagination.

When doing typography, one of the most important things to remember is spacing. There's too large of a gap between the 'B' and 'lossom' as well as too small a space between 'others' and 'falter'.
