Oldie but goodie

I have all of the Ultima games except for 10 (not sure if it is released yet) and wondered if anyone still played this game

Ultima 7 : Serpent Isle is one of the greatest game (according to me, it is the GREATEST game ever). The world around seem to live and il dynamic since people will move and depending of the time of day will do some action such sleep, walk in wood, work, etc. It is so different of static games who are released these times. For instance, in baldur's gate, which is a good game but not as ultima 7 series, you can't make bread with water, flour, etc. In ultima 7, you can make bread, fish with poles, hunt, eat, kill about everything, sleep, etc.

This world is alive!! Unlike Baldur's gate which people don't sleep and always stay at same place. Also, in serpent's isle, people have always something interresting to say, of course a lot less people (maybe 250 differents persona in serpent isle, but all interresting!).

Well, to conclude, if only they could make those kind of game those days... I remember old days...

Ultima VII parts 1 and 2 along with Final Fantasy VI are my favorite games of all time.

I remember when I first bought Ultima VII when it came out, I had to get my dad to buy an extra 64mb of ram to run it. Memory was actually expensive back then.

Everything about Ultima 7 was great, from the box to the characters, to actually seeing Britannia how you always imagined it to be.

I wish they still had games like this.
