just wandered why do some players stats change during the game, using defoe as an example he starts off as 86 then half way through he could drop to lets say 81, is this determined by how you play with him?

I had no idea this had started yet seeing as the game was released yesterday!

I think that their performance in the real world will be updated each week depending how they have played that week.

Yup, loads. Riera, Skrtel, Gerrard, Carragher, Torres and Keane to name a few.

Just got it. Wow....Torres and Gerrard now rated 93

But why has Lucas' and Alonso's stats gone down, when they havent done anything wrong, yet Mascherano's has stayed the same and he didnt even play?

Alonso was quite good against Everton so i dont understand why his stats have gone down.

when you upload the a.l.s does all your squads go back to default regardless of how youve edited your squads ive been told it does or does this just happen the 1st time
