Even though Saix is powerful, Larxene is quick and can avoid Saix's attacks. Sure, Larxene may have the lower HP than Saix, but Saix will be losing more HP, not Larxene. Also, Saix also has to recharge his power from the moon every once in a while, thus, giving an advantage to Larxene.

Larxene has my vote.

Think about Larxene's power is that Sora easily beat her once, and then killed her later with only half of his power due to Roxas being lost. When is Sora is much more powerful, Saïx gives him a run for his money compared to Larxene.

I mostly look at these battles from a story-wise point of view, rather than a gameplay point of view, so ...

I think Saix would win. He's second-in-command in the Organization, so he was obviously given that spot for a reason.
Larxene was quick, and that was her main advantage. But she cannot take as much damage as most of the other Organization members, and being a sadist, she probably isn't a huge fan of being in pain, which would explain her weak tolerance to attacks.
Saix is unpredictable, especially when he's under the influence of the moonlight, which sends him into a violent rage. With Saix in that state, I doubt Larxene would last very long.
Even without that state, Saix would eventually overcome her with brute strength alone. Hell, if Sora can keep up with her, I doubt Saix would have much trouble.

I feel as though this thread should be brought back, if Heavens Grudge is up to it.

Seeing as all Org. Members can teleport, I'd think that Saix would be able to keep up with Larxene. The only thing that matters is if the Moon is out or not. W/o Moon, Larxene wins. W/Moon, Saix wins.
