	The strengths are what the certain player is best in. The bball with '3' in it means there a good 3-point shooter. The lock means there a stopper and the hand(glove) means there a rebounder. Im not positive what the shoe with the wing is, but im gonna guess it has to do with speed.

	ok i know what they are. the 3ball is of course 3 point shooting. the wingshoe is, indeed, speed. the lock is defense, meaning steals and the ability to draw charges. the hand is ball handling, so someone with that could perform spin moves, and fast, effective crossovers.
