Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon Forum Rules The rules have been revised and are now complete. Please make sure to read through these carefully before you post, so you can save yourself from getting a ban and make our job easier. Each thread has a certain purpose, which will be stated in the title. Try your hardest to stay on the topic assigned! I know that in some cases this will prove to be difficult, so we will most likely let it pass. However, if I see someone doing this on purpose, or has received a warning and continues to disrupt conversation, then a ban shall be processed. The ban's severity will depend on the gravity of the offense. Nearly any sort of posting will be tolerated as long as it isn’t ridiculously; Off-topic, filled with nothing but unintelligent comments, or contains an unnecessary number of smileys or “…” Abide with this rule and you have a 100% chance of doing fine. Break it, and suffer the consequences. Quoting other people's messages is fine, but only when there are posts in between. Please do not quote posts above yours. If I see this happen once, I won't ban you. Constantly doing this will get you a warning, and maybe even further. Mild swearing will be allowed. However, extreme cursing and/or referral to sexual/alcohol content is prohibited. I WILL NOT GIVE ANY WARNINGS! You curse often and extremely = you’re out. No 2nd chance. Double or triple posting is described as posting more than once consecutively in the same thread. This can be regarded as spam and is in most situations not suitable. Repeated posts by the same member shall be merged together by the moderator. Being that this is not so much of a problem, warnings/bans are normally not necessary unless we see a member doing this repetitively and on purpose. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and yelling, cursing, or degrading a member in any way is not tolerable. One of us mods will give you a warning if it is a small offense, but do not expect to get away with this. Flaming is viewed as unneccesary and the consequences will be strict towards those who abuse the leniency to post freely. The ban's severity will depend on the gravity of the offense. Please don't go on thread creating rampages. Only create threads if you think it will add to discussion or you need to know something. Most threads are fine, but those that have nothing to do with the forum are not, and will be closed ASAP. Before you create a thread, please look at the Forum Index. If you have been banned, accept it. You have most likely been banned for a specific reason, and if you wish to discuss it PM a moderator, do not create a new account or use an old account to bypass bans. We will catch you and you will receive a very harsh ban, a permanent one. One can find the Official Neoseeker Rules [here]. Be sure to read them carefully before posting in this forum. You may notice that my rules are somewhat more specified, and this is because the points I have stated are the most important rules to follow in Jak II. However, the member is also expect to comply to the Official Neoseeker Guidelines. Memberating is when you act like a moderator. Never act like the moderator of this forum! You have no power whatsoever to: Make threats, request closures, insult anyone for making a duplicate/dumb thread, or try to imitate any other ability a moderator may posses that a normal member doesn’t. I look down on members doing this, and as such I will not accept any of the actions described above. Punishes can go from ONE warning to a 3-7 days ban. They are illegal, no matter what your friend told you, and they are not to be discussed on Neoseeker. NOTE: This also includes GameShark, Action Replay, Game Genie, and any other unlicensed cheating devices. This forum is perfectly fine for discussing the game in, you do not need to whore off your own personal forum here. This is the most important thing you can do along with follow the rules. You are here to have fun, don't stress over anything. You are free to post whatever your opinions are, as long as they correlate with the rules. If you ever think something is wrong, I'd be glad to hear you out.
