	Log in to remove this advertisement I stated I would be doing this today in the General Discussions thread, so I will comply with my word. Anyways, the rules for banners submitted are rather simple: Must have (at least) one picture of a Mega Man character. The dimensions should be no bigger than 500 x 125 pixels. Only up to three banners may be submitted per contestant. That's all. Follow the guidelines and everything should be alright. The Monday after next I will be judging them myself and then inserting the winner on top of the forum. Good luck everyone .
