shame on you then, you forsake the path of the HYDRA2. Well at least multi-missiles have their purposes once more. Glad to see FERRUM SLAVE lite the lightbulb in your brain.

I tried cluster's, they still seem the way they were in SL, which was crappy. Maybe if the cluster's shot in your face, rather than over your head it might of been better.

You'll probably be better off with triple missiles+ 4 shot extensions. I used them heavily in SL, and they're still effective in Nexus. I would put my bucks in that working out, other than the "worst case scenario for tanks" missiles.

Well I tried you AC out, and gave the old gal a run through Arc. I found that when your AC overheats, the EO's have to be turned off, or you wouldn't be able to boost. Also the ammo is very limited, in that if you miss a couple shots you're basically a sitting duck. I used the solid EO rifle core which rounds add stun, which is nice, but since you say enemies are suceptible to energy rounds it's your choice.

Your generator, radiator setup in conjuction with GULL is nice, but the generator ways too damn much. You could try running my generator and radiator setup with fleets, which will give you more boost power, and more room to tweak your AC, but with less energy.

Your missile setup needs some work, as it stands anti-missiles and decoys will make your missiles obsolete. I know you're experimenting with HYDRA + 4-shot missile extensions, so I can see you're working on it.

Overall it has good AP and boost power and a solid close range combo, but it's lacking in ammo and in long range. If you manage to close in you'll do good, but your AC will suffer if it encounters a long range AC setup, which your AC cannot handle.

Edit: Updated my AC RED WAR, it fixes some minor errors and explains the mysterious 10 to ECM.

I noticed that this AC had no Mirage parts save for optionals...thus, it is Lucid.

Anyway, stay on the ground and right on your opponent's ass while launching bazooka salvos with EO. Don't be afraid to wait for a good oppurtunity - only four good hits are enough to do in most midweights.

Use the JIREN to keep energy topped off while you're boosting. SYAMANA works great with this AC because it's always at close range.

The KINNARA is there in case anything has enough armor/speed to survive the bazookas. If anyone knows a good close-range replacement, I'm open to suggestions.

This is a prototype so not only are suggestions encouraged... they're needed.

Damn Chad, the firepower is more than enough to kill him without running low on ammo, and it's not like he can dodge, what were you doing, firing from extreme range?

Comments: I stuck with the Energy EO core, as it really doesn't consume much energy on it's own, and I think overall it is superior to the solid medium EO core. I switched from the right arm medium grenade launcher to a laser rifle. At it's firing rate, it can get 2-3 shots in for every one grenade launcher shot, and effectively do more damage as well, the only downside is no stun and energy drain. To counter the use of two energy draining weapons, I threw on JIREN, and immediatly felt dirty as a result, but whatcha gonna do? The back missles are primarily there as just back-up, and something to use in case you goofed and got yourself charging. The laser rifle really is pretty good overall, nice damage and ample ammo, without the ridiculous weight of HOLLOW, KRSW, or SPIRIT, nor does it drain much per shot. Add in the inherent inferiority of energy defense compared to shell defense and it's stronger than it looks on paper. JIREN is JIREN, if you haven't used it yet, check it out and see why it's so useful.

I must be doing something different, because for me, the M2 machine gun's accuracy has never been bad at all. It easily provides me with the best damage curve of any of the left arm weapons, and far surpases the other crappy main machine guns that they offer for the left. I really can't equip any better missles without sacrificing something, and most missles are only good with extensions anyways, which sit on the bench in favor of JIREN, so I don't think upgrading them is really necessary, for all of the reasons I've mentioned before about why missles are liabilities.
