Metal Fatigue Problem with WIndows XP
Hello I tried so much and followed all the tutorials I could find via go-ogle to install Metal Fatigue on Windoes XP and run it but I just couldn't run it properly
I could hear and see a black box on the left top but I just couldn't play it or see anything
I have followed tutorials that suggested me to run setup then play it, then I followed some tutorials to open it with dos box or DOS but many people commented that it wont work on DOS, then I tried it to open it by mounting it and use 800x600 resolution etc... BUT it wont work I am desperate I want to play it and many people say it works on XP with the CD ...
It also didn't detect any hardware if I used hardware detect so I couldn't choose between OpenGL and DirectX etc...
EDIT 1: Well it works now after I followed the hidden tutorial of WalterSullivan... (Using VoodooSetup etc)
Now I have to solve problem to play it without a CD..
I will try Daemon Tools Lite by mounting the first disc
If this works Ill change that topic to a good tutorial after I played 1 hour or something like that
After some desperate hours of searching for complete tutorials and how to videos for playing MF on windows xp I finally collected some info's and could run , hear and play MF.
Now I will provide my steps to help other people to reduce their problems:
Download MF , size 70.9mb
Download dgvo-odoo 1.4
Download No CD Patch Crack for MF
1. Start setup file in MF folder
2. Extract dgvo-odoo 1.4 in MF folder
3. Start dgvo-odoo 1.4, do following:
3.1 Set settings in Global: 32bit bit depth
3.2 Set settings in Glide : 16384 in Texture Mem Size , 32bits in the Direct3D textures
4. Extract No CD Patch Crack for MF into MF folder, use the Crack
5. Start MF, have fun
That's all. Easy, isn't it?
