You get under ground by flying through there and then going straight down. Once you've gotten under ground, don't fly to low, or the game will spawn you back on the ground:

You do know that it's possible to change the radio stations in the vehicles, right? So you could get any atation you want any time.

No. Or at least I don't think so.

Just drive a cop car for about 20 to 30 real time minutes. But note that if you drive a S.W.A.T. van, or a Las Venturas cop car, the police radio will work faster. Otherwis you might have to wait for oven an hour to hear every line.

• A reference to C.J. and bigfoot is made in red dead redemption showing rockstar games recognizes the bigfoot myth

• Most graves are for grove st but 1 or more could be ballas
• Many believe this is linked to CJ’s mom
• Most likely a texture glitch but no explanation for the green light

That one's totally fake. It started when GTA 3 was new. There has never been any evidence. When GTA Vice City was made, the myth was moved there, then into San Andreas. That's one of the fakest myths ever.

But there are mods for the PC version that can add that and other such characters to the game.
