I wanted to say, try to kill loads of people without getting a wanted level.

For example, wreck a car until it explodes. It will blow up other cars nearby, which will kill people on the sidewalk.
Cars that pull up to the scene (if they stop in the fire) will explode.

Doing this, I figured out you can use C.J. as a human torch. If you catch fire, run around a car and it will catch fire. then eventually explode!

(BTW, doing this on the strip near the Four Dragons, you can make a lot of money, as the people there drop s***loads.)

Oh, and blowing up an airplane (eisiest is the Hydra, just land it with the gear up), causes a HUGE explosion, bigger then any car, and will kill anyone within a very wide radius.

EDIT:: HOW do you use sawn-offs on the jetpack? Every time I get on, it automatically switches to the Desert Eagle, which you can't even shoot.

after 100% completion you get unlimited ammo.
