Great idea! Except the Navy is only in the game on the mission where you have to steal a plane from their aircraft carrier, the guys that pursue you at sea when you get a wanted level above 1 star are the Coast Guard. And what about the FBI and the Air Force? But, technicalities aside, not a bad idea. I would make a cheat that turns San Andreas into a midieval world with swords, spears, bows, and arrows as weapons instead of baseball bats, chainsaws, and pistols. Or perhaps one that makes you Sonic The Hedgehog, the cops Robotnik, and the rest of the city athropomorphic animals. Or maybe one that turns San Andreas into the Mushroom Kingdom. Instead of CJ, you would a-get-a-Mario.

Cheat menu, with all the excisting cheats on it, and more, like spawn any vehicle, go to any point on map, and change character, and more.

spawn a bomber (you can shoot nucleur bombs)
