The Sea / Waterways

There surely won't be as much water as in Vice City. It'll probably be like GTA 3, except maybe less water. Now that we can swim water isn't really a hazard. In the water I'd like to see sharks that actually ate people when they go too deep or something.

anyway, as there will be less water probably there might not be that 'only fly or boat to get to this island' island that loads of people want

I hope their wil be some water at least enough so you could have a jet ski and cruise about. Im hoping there will be an island you can go to...

I think that there will be PLENTY of water. I think that only proportionately there will be less water, because the game is going to be so huge that in comparison to say the amount of desert and land there will be far less of it.

However, remember that EACH City is the size of Vice City. So that means that a water based City like San Francisco will have plenty of water. LA is also a coastal City.

So only the areas between Vegas, the desert and the cities may lack waterways.

there might be a river or something that goes through each city.
