The first thing you will do

i looked in topic listings, and could not find a thread for this...

what will be the first thing you do once GTA is loaded and you have Carl infront of you?

-i think i'll jack the first car/bike i can find
-take a drive around as much of the place i can
-find some weapons
-piss off the police
-have a hunt for the new BMX
-then probably venture for a mission

i'd have to do the same,
i remember before vice city came out i was like 'im gonna get in a helicopter and sniper people from roofs' but helis werent availiable so i just got in the admiral and drove around.

Well I would finish the first mission you have to do at the beginning game just like in VC and GTA:3, then go and explore a bit.

I think the first thing I am going to do is one or two storyline missions just to see where the very first plot elements seem to be leading. Then I am going to go looking for some Rampages, weapons (as many as I can find laying around to arm myself with), maybe a few packages and a couple of side missions.

I think that the first MAJOR undertaking though, after a few more menial tasks is to get Paramedic Level 12 done to have Infinite Run for the rest of the game, assuming that is still in this game that is.

Yeah I always find that the best thing to start out doing in GTA is to get some cash and some weapons stockpiled and a few powerups (like INfinite Run, Extra Health, Armor) and all that kind of stuff. Makes the missions more fun when you are carrying weapons like Uzi'a and grenades when the AI tries to give you a baseball bat or screwdriver to complete the mission!

Well, I've been thinking about this for a while now. The first thing I will do is get a car, find a place to load up on weapons (the place I'm going could be dangerous) drive to the edge of the city you start in, wait until sunset and then drive to the middle of the desert and go off road, far off road so as to get lost. By that point, it will be dark, then I will get out of my beat up car, take out a shot gun, and blow the thing up. Then I will attempt to walk back to the nearest city. I imagine that It would be a long walk from the desert or countryside to the nearest city, so I would probably be walking for a good while. Of course while attempting to navigate to the city I might have to take a look around the countryside to see if there are any locals to deal with. Yeah, I know it sounds strange. But I would love to be walking along the side of the road, in the dead of night, trying to find my way back.

I think I'll also go and check out the houses (Rob a few) and the shops, get some green in CJ's pocket.

that's a good idea chiro, get the paramedics under my belt so i got infinite run... never got that in vice
