Several of the things you listed are not myths. They're just things you don't see very often.
- There is no bigfoot/yeti in any GTA.
- There is no "leatherface" in any GTA. The wheelchair has nothing to do with him.
- The "ghost car" is a Glendale that's programmed to start rolling down a hill, as soon as it spawns. It's not haunted. It's in the forest, at the horse-shoe shaped rocks (look at the map).
- What's a "teleporting rock"? There's no such thing. You must have found some glitch.
- What are "falling lemmings"? There are no such things. If you mean the black dots that fall from the sky sometimes, then those are probably a glitch. "Lemmings" are small animals.
- There is no serial killer in San Andreas. The old cow-boy with the black trench-coat is just another guy. The game just makes a random pedestrian pull out a pistol and start shooting sometimes. It can happen to any pedestrian, anywhere. There is no "undertaker" in San Andreas.
- All civilian vehicles can appear in the police garages. Even planes and helicopters.
- There is only 1 suicidal photographer. It can be any countryside pedestrian.
- The moon thing is not a myth.
- The tunnel is not a myth.
- There is no U.F.O. in any GTA.
- There are no sharks in San Andreas.
- The "ghost Vortex" doesn't "come to life". It just spawns on uneven ground and begins to move as soon as it spawns. It's on the beach, north of Bayside (the small town in the north-west).
- The Cilliad ghost car is a random civilian car that spawns on a special location. You'd need a jetpack or a very fast car to see it before it disappears. More detailes here (scroll down).
- There's nothing special about the cemetery gates. You might as well be looking for matching street lights. One is in the ghost-town in the desert (north-east of the dam). There's no ghosts or witches really there. And the other is at another small desert town, directly south of the dam.
- The falling dots are a glitch. Sometimes rarely you can see little back dots falling from the sky. No more than about 3 at a time. They stand out more in the desert.
- The various "hells" and "heavens" have a lot of things in them. People, invisible houses, visible houses, all mission interiors and unused beta interiors. Use these links to learn more:
- The rock angel is just a usual rock texture. There's no angel or demon there. People just see what they want to see. The game reuses every texture millions of times. The edges of those textures just look like that. They're east north-east of Angel Pine.
- Red fog is basically just bad programming that shouldn't exist at all. If you'll never see any, good.
- Strange glows:
- The game has a lot of lights in the cities at night. Some people think some of them are "strange", because R* didn't put visible lamps there. Just look around in the cities at night. It's only a matter of time before you'll find some that are "strange".
- There's a few blue glowing hillsides, bridges and barns in Red County. Those glows are pretty odd indeed.
- What "disappearing truck"?
- There's no "ghost Rancher".
- There's no Big Smokes ghost.
The things I told you don't exist, really don't exist. They have never existed in San Andreas. There are modifications of them, for the PC version of the game, but that's it. There's a lot of people on Youtube, who show videos of those mods and lie. You shouldn't let yourself be fooled that easily.I know every alley and tree in the game with out even turning the game on, so yes, I know what I'm talking about.
