Cracking the Epsilon Code XII

I have a little information I wish to share before I begin working with you. The first thing is a memory from my youth, a while ago and I am not sure it is actually true or just a twisted dream but I remember a little house near a large body of water( I swam there at night). The reason I remember this is because of the house's windows, they were glowing light blue. This scared me and i turned off the game at once and deleted that save (The mind of a boy is unstable and unpredictable).

The second piece of information is better and more recent. Well, I was messing around in the game when I found a pimp car and wanted to try the one of the pimp missions for the first time. I picked up a hooker and drove to the target and guess who the target was? The priest at the farm, I was not enlightened and wasn't aware of the Epsilon cult at that moment and didn't follow him or the hooker.

Now, I have just installed the game again and would like to be assigned a task.
