	There's way too much to summarize it into a single post. This site is a database of all (or almost all) that we've found so far: http://sites.google.com/site/programmeepsilonproject/ The guy who runs that site is french, so don't mind if his english sounds a bit odd at times. Tommy doesn't seem to have anything to do with this, but there's a guy on one of the Vice City talk radio stations, who's known to be an Epsilonist.

	Guys I think I found something big! In that place of the map, near the old house, spawns a beat up sadler, this is either red or white. If you try to fix it, it stays trashed unlike all the other sadlers, I got some pics to share. http://tinypic.com/r/2utls13/6

	We know about all the broken Glendales and Sadlers. It can spawn in about 10 colors. The red one is believed to be special, but nobody has managed to do anything special with it. There's several such everbroken cars in the forests/hills/coutryside. There's also multiple cabins like that and some bicycles in the forests. 	I guess. That car and the broken Glendale were specifically designed to look like that. When you take them to Pay'n'spray, they do get fixed, but this seemingly broken look is the 100% health look for those cars. R* wanted it that way. Or maybe they just didn't bother to do the extra coding that would replace the broken looking car with the normal looking one? There's also some cars, like the Clover, that have differently colored body panels, to indicate that it was put together from spare parts. But the Clover can be modified at Transfender to look excellent. GTA IV also has several broken cars that can't be made to look better.
