Create a car or other vehicle

My 2'nt vehicle (a helicopter).

Based on both the V-22 Osprey and the Mil 24

Shape description:

The front end would look like the Mil 24. The wings, engines and tale would look like those of the V-22 Osprey.

Armament:

• A "mini-gun" under the nose.
• Several sets of guided and unguided missiles under special little "wings", just like the Mil 24.
• A fully automatic heat-seeking rocket-launcher under the tip of the rear end. It will automatically shoot at any pesky Hydra that shoots at me.
• And it would have an anti-missile countermeasure launcher (just like the Hydra), which would deploy automatically.

Survivability / armour:

• It could take as many missiles as the Cargobob.
• It would be bullet-proof.
• It could take as many explosions as it could take missiles, for example 10 explosions and 2 missiles, or 6 of each.

Cargo / passenger capacity:

The pilot (CJ) would be in the higher cockpit, so the front one could be used by either a girlfriend or a gang-member.

The rear could contain up to and including any of theese combinations:

• 1 car (not a truck) and 2 people. More if some people are in the car.
• 1 motorcycle and 7 people.
• 2 motorcycles and 5 people.

That would mean, that it would need several new airport islands around the state, which should all have railroad and road bridges and big parking lots, with fast cars.

Maybe it's a little too big for this game.
I think there's a PC mod for it. I'll go see if I can find a video for it.

Like a cargo plane? That's pretty big then, considering that it's suppose to be able to morph / transform into a car.

My 5'th vehicle.

Basic facts:

• Name: Explosives transporter.
• Based on the Rumpo.
• It would be possible to hi-jack it, but you'd have to drive super-carefully.
• It would spawn very rarely.
• There would be a cheat code to spawn it.

Visible special features:

• Big labels on either side that have a "HAZMAT Class 1" symbol on it and a sign that says "Explosives".
• Yellow and black stripes on the sides, front and back.
• An orange flashing light on the roof (like the blue and red flashing lights on a cop-car, but with out the sound).

Invisible special features:

• It would explode with the explosive force of 10 cars, as soon as anything damages it.
• It would explode several times, like a cop-helicopter.

My 6'th vehicle.

A high-performance racing version of the Buffalo.

The Buffalo is already an awesome car, so this one would be an even better one.

Visible special features:

• 3 extra front lights. They would be round and outside of the cars body (just like the round fog lights from Transfender) and they would be next to each-other, between the normal lights.
• The elevated part of the hood would be higher to accommodate a bigger engine. That would mean that the air in-takes at the front edge of the hood would also be bigger.
• Extra ventilation holes in the rear corners of the hood.
• It's available in several different outrageous paint jobs.
• Racing numbers on both doors.
• It would always spawn with off-road tyres.

Invisible special features:

• It's handling would be even more awesome.
• The engine sound would be a little different.

What you can change (or add) in a Transfender; Wheel Arch Angels or at CJ's mod shop:

• Colors and paint jobs.
• Wheels.
• Ventilation holes on the front edge of the roof.
• Nitro.
• Hydraulics.

Availability:
It would spawn in front of CJ's mod shop, after the completion of all countryside races, under the roof behind the save icon. The high-performance racing Sabre (described below) would spawn there about 50 % of the time.

My 7'th vehicle.

A high-performance racing version of the Sabre.

I know that Vice City and GTA IV already have high-performance versions of this car, so don't bother pointing that out.

Visible special features:

• 2 extra front lights. They would be round and outside of the cars body (just like the round fog lights from Transfender) and they would be located on the bumper, closer to the centre of the car then the normal lights, but not against each-other.
• It's engine would extend out through the hood.
• Extra ventilation holes in the front corners of the hood.
• It would have a big spoiler.
• It's available in several different outrageous paint jobs.
• Racing numbers on both doors.
• It would always spawn with off-road tyres.
• The rear wheels would be noticeably wider then the front wheels.
• 2 exhaust pipes.

Invisible special features:

• It's handling would be more impressive then the Sabre Turbo.
• The engine sound would be similar to the Buffalo.

What you can change (or add) in a Transfender; Wheel Arch Angels or at CJ's mod shop:

• Colors and paint jobs.
• Wheels.
• Ventilation holes on the front edge of the roof.
• Nitro.
• Hydraulics.

Availability:
It would spawn in front of CJ's mod shop, after the completion of all countryside races, under the roof behind the save icon. The high-performance racing Buffalo (described above) would spawn there about 50 % of the time.



Maybe there should also be a similarly modified Clover?

Well then it should be programed in such a way that it will remain damage proof until 1 second after the landing.
