Well, there's a secret road in the LSPD Impound that opens when you get 100% completion. Get a cop car and enter this road. Once there go through this road until it ends. Then go through the door and this is a secret parking lot where you'll find ALL cars you've been busted in. Pick up any of these cars and head south for another secret road. Go along it until you see a building to your right. Enter this building and the Batmobile awaits you. Get in it and head to the south to break through the wall into another secret road. Go along it and when it ends, you'll see a portal Go through this portal and you're in vice city.

if you go into the sewer line at 23:00 you will get hit by
