Enter Area 69 w/o Wanted Level?

I was browsing in some cheat sites(Neoseeker too) and I came across a cheat that says if you wear the police uniform given to you by Barbara and drive into Area 69 through the brittle fence with a police car, you won't get a wanted level. I haven't tried it yet because my San Andreas DVD is scratched(after 3 years of service it has finally cracked )

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

but if u go there pretty much all you see are cops the 1's that come in ranchers

haha! thanks neon, but u can just try no wanted lvl and stuff and noone will be there. but the missles still attack you, but i can just dodge em.
