Are you still using the CM Skins, or have you joined the 21st Century and changed it to the FM05 style (toolbar along the top)? My skin showed is an alternate version of that. It was, as Elite pointed out included with the Superpack. I checked for any new skins when I installed it and found it and quite liked it.
