MUST OWN/A+++ essential Wii and Gamecube exclusives?

I just recently got a Wii (the old version that is backwards compatible), and I was wondering what are the best of the best Gamecube and Wii exclusives that would still hold up today gameplay wise (I'm not too worried about graphics). I'm not just looking for "good" games. I'm looking for games that should be in EVERY Wii or Gamecube owners collection. An example of a game like this would be Super Mario Galaxy or Wind Waker. I hope you all know what I mean when I say I want the "best" and not just "good." If not, just ask, and I'll clarify.

To save you time, here are the games that I either have or am planning on getting, so there's no need for you to suggest them to me.

Oh, and I'm not interested in "multiplayer focused" games such as Mario Kart or Smash Bros. I like games that focus on single player.

No I meant Gale of Darkness, but they're similar. I've never played Colosseum but I know they're both in the Orre region.

It's pretty good. It had much better graphics than most pokemon games but less replay value. You pretty much get the same pokemon every time you go through the game because it's harder to catch wild pokemon. It's awesome the first time through though.
