	Log in to remove this advertisement Didn't know where to post this so just made a new thread, apologies if it should have gone somewhere else but anyway I've encountered this error & I'm not sure if it's something on my behalf or just an FM error. Spoiler:Screenshot I get it when I click on preferences on the main menu & on the screen where I pick a club to manage, if I close the error 5/6 times then it eventually goes but is there anything I can do to avoid it completely as I don't want to go through the hassle of that every time I load it up. It didn't happen when I first started playing the BETA but after I installed all my graphics etc. it came about so I think it could be something to do with that, any idea how to fix it? help

	If you look at the error, this is telling you that you have an issue with line 2 on your manager profile.xml file. When you start a game and then create your manager, these get saved at the following location: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\Preferences\version 102 Replace "User" with your named folder In here you will see a file called profile0.xml simply delete this file and then when starting a new game, recreate your manager profile.

	I'm currently having this problem.. Except at "line 1" Trying to follow IcarusAbides advice however I only have the "caches" folder and nothing called "settings" ? Could do with some assistance here as even after following SI games instructions I still can't find this folder.. ------------------- As you go through life its a long long road They'll be joys and sorrows too

Just delete the whole folder with caches, preferences, temporary and logs in, that is what people are advised to do on the SI forums. then verify your game cache like IA suggested in the previous post. ------------------- Football Manager 2014

	I have a problem with editor 2014. When I try to open editor it shows: No elementfound at line 1 of description ui.xml

	I have had the parsing error in FM13 and i knew how to fix it, but now in 14 there is no folder, therefore i cannot delete the settings folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
