Disc tray indicator. Flashing green light. |
|
You all know the disc tray indicator, the flashing green light when you eject the disc tray.
Can it harm the xbox, if you turn off the console right after closing the tray, while the indicator is still flashing? I normally wait for it to get solid green, before turning the box off, but once or twice I have just turned it off after the tray closed. could that cause any harm to the system? | |

It has never done anything bad to my XBox. That's not to say it wont though. As far as I know, it doesn't hurt it.

If it's flashing orange it's overheating, or if it's green and orange then it can't detect the av cable.
