Developer Press Play announced today that Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, an Xbox One launch title, will launch on Microsoft's Xbox 360 on April 9 and PC on April 15. The sequel to Max and the Magic Marker, the quirky drawing puzzle game, was originally in development for the Xbox 360, but was switched to Microsoft's next-gen console when the Xbox One was announced.
The Curse of Brotherhood tells the tale of Max and his younger brother Felix, whom Max wished to be whisked away by evil forces. With his trusty magic marker Max must color the world and draw his environment to solve puzzling tasks as he treks across various ecosystems including forests, deserts, bogs and caverns. Throughout his journey, Max must become a master artist in his quest to save his younger brother from the big bad, the evil Mustachio.
Players will be able to draw, doodle, paint and color inside the lines to form their path to become the next great art hero on a last-gen console and PC soon. Though Max: The Curse of Brotherhood has already been released on the Xbox One, those lacking in the next-gen console department can pick up the next Drawn to Life-esque title on Xbox 360 starting April 9 and PC starting April 15.
