I have a CNet Pro200, and when I try to install Windows XP, the installation freezes when it is installing the network. I suppose it is the cards' fault, or not? I someone could help me, I would appreciate it very much.

Try XP SP2 integrated. It has a much better driver database and might fix your problem.
