I FIND IT HARD TO TELL YOU THIS BUT, THIS IS THE BEST DAMN FPS I'VE EVER PLAYED. BEFORE I PLAYED TIMESPLITTERS I THOUGHT THAT UNREAL TOURNAMENT WAS THE BEST, GRANTED, UNREAL TOURNAMENT IS ONE OF THE GREATS, HOWEVER, IN MY OPINION, AND SADLY (FOR ME) NOT THE GREATEST.

I would have to rate this game 2.5/4 because the blow reasons.

Good
-It's fast paced.
-Lots of characters considering it's a fps.
-Weapons seem pretty balanced and most have 2ndary fireing.

Bad
-It's so fast paced you can kill anyone easily.
-No real story in story mode, or cutscenes.
-Nothing special about any of the unlockable characters.
-Bots seem mentally *bleep*ed.

Hmm... I'd say a 7/10.
It gets a bit boring after a while, but nevertheless still amusing.

I rate this series very higly, to the point that I consider them to be the best multiplayer games. Awesome characters, game modes, weapons and maps all make for, in my opinion, the best multiplayer experience in gaming. So many memories of getting out the multitap and playing 3/4 player Capture the Bag or Virus.

TS1 is the weakest of the series, but it still an awesome game. [color=#c6d0e7][size=1]

It's GREAT for it's time. It'd have a 10/10 for it's release. In the recent years though, it'd get a low score for it's graphics alone. I think that if Time Splitters made a game for the PS3, it'd be a great game, along with good graphics.

I will rate it 9.8/10
