The Xbox One has been steadily shoring a userbase across its original 13 launch territories including North America, the UK and Australia since last November, and Microsoft today confirms the platform will be ready to go a little more global starting this September.
That means hitting no less than 26 additional regions later this fall including:
- Czech Republic
- Saudi Arabia
- South Africa
Many of the new markets include EU countries which had to sit out of the November festivities after Microsoft had to dial down its original plan to launch the Xbox One across 21 regions last year.
Meanwhile, Microsoft promises even more Xbox One details "at a local level" later this April, which happens to coincide with the next big system update for the console.
