	The best Internet Security would probably be "norton" but imo, i hate norton. - Too slow. - Uses up too much CPU. - Updates too slowly. - Often out of date where new virus' are concerned. Out of the list that you provided i would most probably say that "Kapersky or Zone Alarm" would be the top choices for Internet Security. ------------------- "The sweet is never as sweet without the sour."

	Seeing the same reviews over and over about norton, i guess he is out of the list. About Zone Alarm, is it true that their service getting suckier now? Heard a lot of crashes since they update to vista one. ------------------- Click the Dot .

	There is a company which tests the most common and known anti-virus products monthly. Each month they give out an unbiased, free Anti-Virus comparison chart in which you can see which virus scanner is the most up-to-date and best in various area's and why. See here. -------------------

As for the software firewall, nah, just stealth your ports , and disable your ping and your good to go.

	I use Agnitum Outpost + XoftSpy XE + Trend Micro monthly online scanning (free) . Works well enough, I think.

	avg i think is really good. i dont have a problem with it. it updates itself every day or so. i dont have any virus problems. and best of all its free. (just make sure you get the free one) i am sure there are better ones out,but for free its great.

A while back they changed the UI to a crappier looking one and now there is a tendency for updates to freeze, slowing down the internet connection. I no longer recommend ZoneAlarm anymore which is a shame because it was such a good program. 	not as many people really use the avg secruity suite but it's free download version is the most downloaded programs on sites like download.com 989,180 downloads at the moment -------------------
