I'm not entirely aware of each VA's nationality. But I guess if they were to have an English actor, and they had emphasis on this, they could perhaps throw in some information about neighbouring country statuses after the war. Perhaps.

If it's in Boston Tom Brady. Walken is a nice shout. Seth Green, Laurence Fishbourne, and not necessarily a celebrity, but after how great he was in Bastion, I'd love to have Logan Cunningham as a companion. His voice is beautiful

Zachary Levi was also in New Vegas, the voice of Arcade Gannon. Probably why I liked him as a companion the most. He really oozed into the character. I don't know if his appearance was inspired or modeled after Zach, but Arcade is noticeably taller than other characters, and Zach is a tall person himself.

John Noble is probably the only celeb I can think of that I'd want to appear in the next Fallout game. A Dr Bishop-esque character would fit the Fallout realm nicely. "Ostrich, we need to get this man some Med-X before he passes out and some towels to stop the blood! And while you're at it get me some Fancy Lads Snack Cakes! I'm starving!"
