	Maybe Speech +1 then? Shame Skyrim didn't have the powers Dishonored did. Dishonored really put Skyrim to shame with it's magic, and how it pulled it off. 	Something Doctor Who related. Maybe walk into a medical clinic to see "Bad Wolf" written on the wall big and obvious. Something TF2 related would work as well. Hell they let Valve put in the pipboy for engineer, maybe they'll give us a minigun? Or a sandvich. References to Lonesome Road would be pretty cool too. I think there was a Doctor Who one in New Vegas. In the end battle if you sided with the NCR, a soldier on the radio says down the radio "The Doctor is on his way" or something like that. 	Let's build it up a bit; References to both The Lone Wanderer and The Courier Perhaps Dogmeat (he's always welcome in the game) Another 'preacher' like Confessor Cromwell. Bethesda loves these types or NPCs. They also love adding in one 'annoying' NPC like Sticky, the Adoring Fan etc. -------------------
