	The only thing I can think of is a list of all limbs/appendages on the side you can click/select. 	I want it to stay. I liked it in every Fallout game I played and it certainly made the game more enjoyable for me. I don't care about that "vats pulling me away from the game" bullshit. Beth included it in F3 because it was a genius feature in the first fallout games.

Like if there was a bleedout bar to show when a hit has left lasting damage...it would be cool if it showed weak points in red also, like breaks in behemoth armour

	It would be cool if it had upgradable plugins, like heat vision, x-ray, nightscope...or at least if you could get weapons with these scopes that show up on the VATs
