Ok, so because Jarvan is free this week, I've tried playing him support, and it's not at all what I thought it would be, sadly. His flag doesn't stay long enough to be of any ~real~ use, it's more for his combo with his Q for the knock up and damage. His slow isn't as useful as I thought it would be either because it's range is less than satisfying. And also, the shield (Which is also the slow) is horrible and scales off of surrounding champions...

And his ult, it's useful, I will admit that. It's as useful, or more so than I thought. But really, all he's good for I've found so far is harassing and then helping get the kill with his in-your-face supporting style that I've seem to have found a niche for, lol.

Viable? Not even a little. Fun? If you have a friend on Skype and can communicate, most definitely.

And I realize some of the champions I named that have the support tag but I said they shouldn't, probably should still keep it, I just rambled abit, lol. Zilean most definitely, I haven't a clue what I was thinking. I used to main him as support, so, I don't even...my brain. I'm just dumb.

Also, I've been playing Orianna support recently as well (In the beta as I have yet to actually buy her, lol, even though I have more than enough.) And I have to say she definitely deserves the tag of support because she does it flawlessly. :3 I also think she's one of the few supports who don't ~fall off~ endgame because she can have decent damage output along with her utility because her shield, the biggest part of her kit scales off of AP, as does her damage. Another champion that does this is Karma, her utility is amazing AND she can deal great damage.

I'm rambling again, oh dear. Whatever. Might as well continue.

Inuyasha, the best I've done with Nasus, I don't recall the exact damage but my friend told me to aim around 100 last hits per 10min. And I ended up getting around 75 last hits per 10min and the game lasted about 40min, so~ around 300 I guess? Idk.

I think it was said best on the first page. If Nasus does very well early game, or even just doesn't die long enough to farm up his Q enough, he can snowball very well and definitely be a threat with good damage and tanky-ness. But if he gets shut down or zoned so he can't farm his Q, then he's pretty useless, unless, like it's been suggested in this thread, you build him support.

And since I'm not a fan of the amount of attention it takes to constantly last hit, I'm a fan of playing him support when I do play him, lol.

His Q does not have a limit. Or if it does, the limit isn't stated, and nobody has ever reached it.

The real limit to his Q is how much you can farm it. On average a solo top champ will grab about 300ish cs in a very long game.
Assuming that you, a Nasus gets that, and considering that not all of your cs will be farmed with your Q, you'll end the game with around 600 or 700 extra damage of you're doing it right.
Again, that's in a very long game, 50 minutes or more. That's also assuming you don't get painfully shut down.

I build Nasus with 2 gp5 items as early as possible, to fit with the idea of him being a late game monster.

I start off with a Regrowth Pendant, then build it into a Philosopher's Stone.
After that, I get a Heart of Gold asap.

Once those two are under my belt, I get a Sheen, since it works extremely well with Nasus' Q.
After that, I go for a Phage, into a Trinity Force.

If the game is still going on, build your Philosopher's Stone into a Shurelia's. From there, look at how the enemy team is doing. If their AP champ is a dominant force, I like to go Force of Nature.
If not, I finish my Heart of Gold into a Randuin's, then I go into a Force of Nature.

Idrk what to do for the last slot, honestly.
If the game has gone on for so long that you can complete those four core items and still have leftover money, you can build pretty much anything for the last two slots and still dominate.

EDIT: oh yeah, boots.
I go for Boots of Lucidity early on, then sell them late game and replace them with Move Really Fast Boots or Boots of Swiftness.

Imagine if you played him prenerf.

Even post nerf the only thing you're going to want to do with any attack speed reliant champion is using their dash, slow, stun, knockback or other cc/escape then get the hell out of there, and hope that their laners don't finish off the job. I don't mind his ganks from mid as much, as I generally have some kind of cc to get me out of there. Nasus and co. trying to gank Janna's lane is quite amusing though. For basically the clutch moment where your AD Carry is at 95% slowed and they're about to jump on them you throw a tornado in their face and laugh.
