I don't know why that's so awesome, but I do like his acting. Of course the Dumbledore jokes were inevitable though, hahaha.

But yeah, I'd also say the 2010 special reminds me quite a bit of A Christmas Carol.

I finished the 2010 and 2011 Christmas specials; the 2010 one is my favorite! Although, I didn't see that bit about the TARDIS parking in front/in the TARDIS bit. Maybe it was a different episode?

I've noticed that DW games tend to only be released in Europe.

Whoaaaa, that's a first then.

I've noticed that DW is really picking up in popularity over here, though, so that might explain why. It'd be nice to see the franchise become more mainstream than it is now - currently it's sort of that show on the fringe that you might have heard of but don't watch. It also doesn't help that we have a sort of stigma that comes with science fiction - I constantly have to explain to people that DW isn't your typical space opera sci-fi show. If it was, I really wouldn't watch it.

i still havent gotten around to watching any episodes after the wedding of river song, and the site i used to use to watch the eps is now slow as hell. anyone have good quality streams they can link me?

I'm just getting around to watching the Christmas special myself. Not really a good quality stream, and it's still slow for that matter (sorry) but it's the only working one I've found so far:
