Okay took me a while cuz everytime I right click on that website it gives me an error and also halve the pargagraph covered by a picture but I managed to get the second part of the first paragraph on this website http://www.pokemon.co.jp/ex/xy/pokemon02/.


The sentences says:
Ninfia" is appeared as a Pokemon with the new evolution of Eevee that Because I will announce the future, and what makes the way, which type to evolve into "Ninfia" Eevee that is, to enjoy.

Google translate as usual does a bad job of translating it but it seems whoever wrote this wil announce more info in the future.

xseed, this probably means it's saying that Eevee has had its debut in Red and Green, the Pokémon Games. They had Red and Green, rather than Red and Blue. :3

And yeah, I think it's kinda obvious that we're getting some new information this month. xD

I could be wrong, but I think he's actually talking about the screenshots of the Pokemon, not the chart. Whatever the case, it is interesting to note the paragraph right under that, which he did not translate (I also used crappy google translate lol):
