Throw everything they know about designing Pokemon thus far and just make a whole generation of just badass looking fellas. I'm afraid you do. There are maybe a dozen or so pokemon where the general consensus is that they look stupid or that they were a stupid idea. Everything else varies wildly from person to person. Also, a generation made up entirely of "badass looking fellas" would bomb in Japan, and with the female market in the rest of the world. And even a fair proportion of the child and adult male market. You can't just have an entire generation of "badass looking fellas"; that's an aesthetic that appeals almost solely to hormonal teenage boys (and adult men who are still immature brats at heart); they can't afford to be limiting their demographic like that. You need a fair mix of interesting-looking ones, cute-looking ones, weird-looking ones, normal-looking ones, and badass-looking ones. 	Vanillite is pretty great IMO, and I'm sure midnight will agree c: I personally don't like Luvdisc because of how weak it is. But don't go knocking Vanillite.
